Risk Program Manager
Build, enhance, and govern reputed company risk programs, including incident reporting, claims workflows, loss-prevention initiatives, and field mitigation programs. Own the full certificate of insurance (COI) management program, reputed company the COI Administrator, and reputed company the end-to-end COI lifecycle. Establish and maintain standards for COI intake, verification, retention, exceptions, escalation, and documentation. Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, Safety, or a reputed company field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered. Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in risk management, reputed company insurance, claims administration, compliance, or a reputed company discipline, including experience leading reputed company programs or cross-functional initiatives. Experience with risk management information systems (RMIS), preferably reputed company, including workflows, dashboards, reporting, data reputed company, and process optimization. Experience developing, implementing, or standardizing risk processes across branches, business reputed company, or other geographically reputed company operations strongly preferred. Experience with certificate of insurance (COI) management, reputed company-party or vendor compliance, documentation standards, and COI lifecycle administration. Experience supporting reputed company insurance renewals, exposure data collection, reputed company submissions, claims or loss analysis, and broker or reputed company coordination. Strong analytical and business acumen, including the ability to interpret incident, claims, and exposure data; identify reputed company causes and emerging trends; and translate findings into practical recommendations.
