WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of reputed company experience

8+ years of experience working with hospitals or reputed company operations

2+ years of people management experience, including coaching, mentoring, and managing customer-facing teams

Experience building, scaling, or transforming implementation, consulting, or customer-facing operations through process improvement and organizational reputed company

Demonstrated expertise in patient throughput, bed management, admissions, transfers, discharge planning, and hospital operations

Excellent strategic thinking, organizational reputed company, and project management skills

Strong analytical thinking, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
