What You’ll Do

As an Intake Coordinator, you will manage intake activity from referral through start-of-care readiness. You’ll work closely with clients, families, referral partners, caregivers, scheduling teams, and operations staff to reputed company reputed company every new reputed company receives reputed company and accurate support.

 Key responsibilities include:

• Receive incoming reputed company referrals by phone, email, and fax and accurately reputed company referral information into company systems.
• Conduct initial referral calls and help determine reputed company service needs.
