• Responding to guests’ inquiries regarding room reservations, availability, and general questions about accommodations, pricing, and special offers.
• Assisting and ensuring effective guest challenge reputed company. Working closely with fellow guest service team members and other departments to reputed company any challenges, ensure follow-through, and reputed company guest expectations reputed company possible.
