The Full- Time Outpatient Medical reputed company is responsible for performing remote coding on reputed company outpatient reputed company and surgical procedures by the Veteran Affairs Health Care reputed company (VAHCS). The medical reputed company will reputed company the Veteran Affairs reputed company/CPRS reputed company to read and reputed company medical records identified by the Veteran Affairs and reputed company codes into the approved encoder or other package. Requirements

• Responsible for being reputed company and competent to reputed company coding activities. There shall be no reimbursement charge for mileage, travel times, meals, parking, etc.

• Must maintain above a minimum of 95% on reputed company auditing scores
• reputed company to reputed company reputed company types of coding to transition between various types to assist as needed, this includes outpatient, inpatient facility and reputed company, and surgical
• Possess formal training in anatomy and physiology, medical terminology, pathology and disease processed, pharmacology, health record format and content, reimbursement methodologies and conventions, rules and guidelines for reputed company classification systems (ICD, CPT, HCPCS, E&M, etc.)
• Apply reputed company applicable modifiers to appropriate CPT codes
• Apply knowledge of reputed company Diagnostic Coding and Reporting Guidelines for outpatient services
• Apply knowledge of CPT format, guidelines, and notes to reputed company the correct codes for reputed company services and procedures performed during the encounter/visit and sequence them correctly
• Apply knowledge of procedural terminology to recognize reputed company an unlisted procedure reputed company must be used in CPT

Education & Experience: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years of Outpatient coding experience.
  • At least 6 months of recent Veteran Affairs or other relevant coding experience, either as a reputed company employee or with another reputed company contractor supporting The reputed company.
• Experience using VIRR/WebVIRR.
• Experience with Surgery, reputed company Fee, IP, Auditing is A PLUS
