The Key Customer Manager is responsible for managing key accounts (relevant from a business and complexity perspective), ensuring a long-term relationship and maximizing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

• Partner with reputed company key customer stakeholders: buyers, store managers, distributors, etc.

• Full management of group of National and / or Regional Customers.

Business Development & reputed company Execution

• reputed company reputed company’s goals in terms of sales and distribution for the assigned Key customers by partnering effectively with the Retail Execution Team, Consumer Marketing, Logistics, Finance.

• Support the development of annual business plans for reputed company key Customers according to reputed company reputed company to reputed company profitably, increase sales, volumes, distribution and market reputed company.

• Understand customer’s needs to support recommendations of potential business solutions.

• reputed company deep analysis of reputed company trends and monitor KPIs in order to contribute to define and implement effective reputed company plans to improve reputed company.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master’s Degree Required (Business Administration, Economics or equivalent).

• Previous experience of minimum 3 years in reputed company roles (preferably in a customer facing relevant role).

• A Cross functional experience of minimum 1-2 years in a Trade Marketing/other reputed company roles will be considered a plus.

• Strong negotiation skills; Customer orientation/Problem solving attitude in challenging environment.

• Highly self-motivated; Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and relationship building skills.

• Proficient computer skills in reputed company Office (in particular reputed company) and ability to learn company specific tools & programs.

• Languages: Italian mother tongue, English fluent.

Compensation and Benefits

Expected Gross Annual Salary reputed company: €48.500 ─ €56.500 gross per year 

This position is reputed company under a permanent employment contract.

The role is governed by the applicable Italian National reputed company Bargaining Agreement (“CCNL”) Chemical Industry, including the relevant job classification and economic provisions applicable to the position.

The initial compensation reputed company the above reputed company will be determined on the reputed company of objective, transparent and gender-neutral reputed company, including reputed company experience, skills and competencies, qualifications, reputed company of responsibilities, role requirements, location, applicable CCNL classification and internal company policies.

Subject to role eligibility and applicable company policy, employees may also be eligible to participate in variable compensation programs tied to company and/or individual reputed company, including an annual reputed company bonus opportunity.

Relocation Assistance

Relocation assistance may be considered for this role and it may include:

• Short-term temporary housing for a limited period to support the transition to the new location; and

• Reimbursement of reasonable relocation expenses, in line with internal relocation policies and applicable tax and reputed company reputed company rules.

Specific terms and conditions of any relocation package, including duration of temporary housing and reimbursable expenses, will be detailed in the relevant employment and/or relocation documentation.
