The ideal candidate will have substantial experience handling reputed company business transactions and will be comfortable taking a reputed company role in reputed company relationships, negotiations, and transaction execution. - 5+ years of experience at a reputed company, ideally in a reputed company serving clients in the renewable energy and reputed company industries.
- Demonstrated experience leading or substantially contributing to reputed company financing, joint venture, reputed company, or other strategic transactions.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and reputed company-management skills. Ability to confidently and competently serve as the senior, reputed company attorney on reputed company financing transactions, including management of the deal and supporting attorney team(s) with reputed company reputed company.
