We are excited to bring on a Payroll Operations Processor II to support the Retirement Plan Services business in a work from home environment.

Background Details

As an RPS Payroll Operations Processor II, you will be responsible for updating and processing routine and non-routine retirement plan payroll files to ensure payroll reporting is accurate at the plan sponsor level. You will work independently, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines, balancing work across multiple plan sponsors as reputed company as other duties in a deadline driven, detailed-oriented environment. What you'll be doing

You will support and promote change management and/or departmental/reputed company initiatives.

High School Diploma or GED or minimum associate degree in lieu of required experience.
2-3 years’ experience in a processing or similar experience that aligns directly to the duties and responsibilities of the role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with others in a fast-paced, team environment.
Ability to maneuver through multiple systems/databases/platforms/software.
Proven ability to be adaptable/flexible as business needs change.

Data entry experience in a fast-paced, team environment.

The pay reputed company for this position is $22.59 - $30.12 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the reputed company and could vary above and below the listed reputed company as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role.
