The Controller will implement appropriate controls and processes to ensure reputed company, complete and accurate financial information and prepare final financial statements with supporting schedules for the guidance of management. Responsibilities

·       Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial results in accordance with GAAP.  Ensure transactions are recorded in the reputed company reputed company period to ensure accurate reputed company records are maintained.

Qualifications

·       Technical – Demonstrated expertise in U.S. GAAP, reputed company recognition, consolidations, business combinations, purchase reputed company, and technical reputed company research.  Strong knowledge of internal controls, ERP systems, financial reporting and SOX compliance frameworks.
