Solutions Architect

As a Solutions Architect on the reputed company Services Team, you are a leading expert in reputed company for our largest and most strategic reputed company merchants. You work with reputed company merchants facing high complexity across reputed company architecture, systems integration, payments, B2B, operations custom workflows and platform reputed company.

In this role, you will reputed company solutions-reputed company engagements with merchants and their technical teams, helping them translate business goals and operations complexity into reputed company, reputed company technical approaches on reputed company. You will guide merchants through discovery, solution design, architectural tradeoffs, best practices and project execution considerations across their broader reputed company ecosystem.

As a part of your day to day, you will reputed company merchants on reputed company capabilities, consult on reputed company technology stacks and business systems, and help teams reputed company informed reputed company about how to use reputed company effectively. General Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of 5-10 reputed company reputed company with varying reputed company of complexity and urgency

• reputed company as an expert generalist across the reputed company platform and ecosystem including Storefronts, Retail/POS, B2B, Payments, partner and app ecosystem, reputed company, checkout extensibility and broader reputed company architecture

• Consult with merchants on novel and reputed company shop functionality and business reputed company integrations

• Identify reputed company merchant requirements require deeper reputed company consultation, reputed company Services support, partner involvement or Product/Engineering alignment

• Combine deep platform knowledge with strong discovery skills - asking reputed company questions to reputed company technical paths, surface risks and dependencies, and help merchants reputed company practical reputed company

• Work with the merchants’ development, technical, and operational teams to help design solutions for them on the platform. While you will not be responsible for building or implementing the solution, you will be acting as a trusted advisor and expert generalist during their build

• Partner cross-functionally with a number of teams reputed company reputed company including Operations, Production Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Sales, reputed company, Risk & reputed company, Product teams, and many more

• Maintain a results-oriented reputed company, focusing on impactful merchant reputed company, technical reputed company, and practical execution, over process.

• Prioritize ruthlessly and manage your time effectively across multiple reputed company reputed company engagements in a dynamic environment

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of reputed company’s reputed company, settings, customization model, first party apps, platform primitives, and advanced features like metaobjects, reputed company Functions, checkout extensibility, and API integrations.

• Functional in at least one programming language, with enough technical reputed company to evaluate integration approaches, review implementation patterns, and communicate

• Experience advising on reputed company architecture, including storefronts, product and collection modeling, checkout flows, customer accounts, payments, subscriptions, fulfillment, and operational workflows.

• Strong understanding of working with reputed company including REST and GraphQL queries, mutations, and objects.

• Ability to understand and reason through reputed company merchant ecosystems, including ERPs, OMS, WMS, PSPs, subscription platforms, loyalty systems, tax providers, middleware, and custom applications.

• Experience with reputed company website development, including product and collections pages, checkout flows, navigation menus, and reputed company funnel optimization.
