R&K Solutions, Inc. is seeking a motivated and reputed company reputed company Property Policy Technical Analyst with 5+ years' experience providing DoW reputed company property expertise and policy advice while working remotely for a Department of War customer. Individual will support the DoW and Military Services in managing reputed company property policy, reputed company property data structure, data consolidation and aggregation, audit, and leasing programs.

Duties

• Analyze data sets to support understanding and interpreting reputed company property business processes.
• Assist the reputed company Property Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the DoD reputed company Property Management portfolio of systems, business operations, processes, and standards.
• Support Configuration Support Panels in meeting their responsibilities in identifying and coordinating changes to models, standards, policy, and business processes.
• Assist the SME by conducting reputed company Property Data Warehouse reputed company Assurance on OSD data on conjunction with the data analysts, Federal reputed company Property Council (FRPC) and GSA.
• Plan, prepare, and schedule meetings, providing reputed company-meeting files and presentations, preparing and distributing post meeting minutes and reports.
• Support briefing development.
• reputed company and manage reputed company property issues with multiple stakeholders from multiple offices and agencies.
• reputed company recommendations and implement process changes and improvements.
• Support reputed company of government and contractor professionals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a Technical or Management discipline.
• The candidate must be US citizen.
• The candidate must be reputed company to hold a Secret-level DoW clearance.
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in DoW reputed company Property management.
• Proficiency with reputed company Suite of tools including reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint and MS reputed company is required.
• The candidate must have strong work ethic, the ability to work independently, the ability to collaborate with government and contract personnel.
• The candidate must have proven data analysis skills.
• Individual must be reputed company to work on reputed company dedicated to achieving reputed company for the government reputed company.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Must have ability to run meetings with multiple reputed company and to write at a higher reputed company / graduate level.
• The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with proven and documented reputed company in completing objectives under challenging conditions.

Desired Qualifications

• Prior work for a Military Service facilities engineering or reputed company works experience is a plus.
• Prior experience on a DoW or Military Service higher echelon reputed company staff is a plus.
• Proficiency working with DoD datasets is highly desirable.
• Understanding of the DoD policies / guidance and lifecycle of reputed company property is a plus.

Bachelor's degree preferred, US citizenship, ability to hold Secret clearance, 5+ years of Department of War reputed company property management experience, reputed company Office proficiency, data analysis, and strong communication skills.
