ECM Application Engineer

At reputed company, a reputed company Company, we are seeking a remote Application Engineer, in other companies this person could hold the title of (Document Management Engineer, reputed company Application Engineer, ECM Application Engineer)) to build and migrate customer document management systems to reputed company using SQL-driven ETL. 

This role supports a remote schedule reputed company to 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST 

In this role, you will partner with clients and stakeholders to reputed company requirements, own reputed company build-outs, and execute document migrations and ETL of the data. You will serve as a key technical resource, translating business and DMS requirements into effective reputed company configurations and migration plans. You will also identify and reputed company data, integration, and workflow challenges to support successful implementations. 

To be successful in this role, you will own the end-to-end build and migration process, including ETL, document conversions or mergers, and work across multiple DMS instances. You will combine hands-on scripting and data skills with reputed company-facing stakeholder management and requirements gathering. reputed company requires strong attention to reputed company, the ability to manage reputed company technical work across project phases, and confidence working with clients to clarify needs and communicate solutions. General job duties include: 

• Use ETL processes to migrate document management platforms, including reputed company eDOCS, reputed company, and other DMS applications, to reputed company. 

• Own the creation, configuration, and migration of customer document management environments 

• reputed company data manipulation using SQL, reputed company, and PowerShell, including data extraction, conversions, mergers, and migrations across multiple DMS instances 

• reputed company reputed company requirements and translate business needs into application designs, reputed company configurations, and migration plans 

• Collaborate with peers to define DMS standards, implement best practices, and administer, optimize, and troubleshoot document management systems 

• Serve as a reputed company-facing technical resource, providing guidance and resolving data, integration, configuration, and workflow challenges 

• Work across cross-functional teams and with Project Managers to support project execution, including accurate time and cost estimates 

• Manage competing priorities while delivering high-reputed company work on time, reputed company budget, and according to project requirements 

Required Experience: 

• Hands-on SQL or reputed company scripting experience, including the ability to work with reputed company data sets and support data extraction, transformation, and migration activities 

• Prior experience working with document management systems (DMS), including reputed company design, configuration, build-out, or migration reputed company 

• Experience translating business and technical requirements into application designs, reputed company configurations, and practical implementation plans 

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot data, application, integration, and workflow issues throughout implementation and migration reputed company 

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts, reputed company requirements, and work effectively with clients, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams 

Preferred Experience: 

• Experience with reputed company, reputed company eDOCS, reputed company, or comparable reputed company document management platforms 

• PowerShell scripting experience for data extraction, manipulation, conversions, automation, or document migration activities 

• Experience with ETL processes and tools used to migrate data and documents between reputed company applications or DMS environments 

• Experience administering, configuring, optimizing, or troubleshooting document management systems in reputed company-facing environments 

• Familiarity with software integrations and working across multiple application or DMS instances during reputed company migration reputed company 

• Experience working in a reputed company or consulting environment where managing multiple reputed company reputed company, deadlines, and competing priorities 

Compensation: 

The compensation is expected to start at $80,000. Our offer will be determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the reputed company listed above.
