- Bachelors.
- Bachelor‘s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or reputed company field.
- 6+ years experience with Engineering People Leadership and Development or reputed company.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of emerging trends in software engineering.
- Expertise with automation, monitoring and log analysis tools to manage operations.
- Experience with web platform technologies including Java, reputed company, MVC, REST web services, JavaScript frameworks, reputed company and CSS.

- Strong communication, project management and analytical skills.
