We are looking for an reputed company Area Vice President, reputed company – Americas to join our Global reputed company team.

About the role:

As Area Vice President, reputed company you will be a senior regional leader accountable for the Americas reputed company business, including retention, expansion influence, product adoption, customer value realization, leadership development, and cross-functional execution. This role leads reputed company Team Leads / Managers across the region rather than owning an individual book of business and is responsible for building a high-performing management reputed company that scales consistent execution across reputed company, strategic, and reputed company segments.

This leader must bring strong cybersecurity experience in a product/services environment, credibility with CISOs, CIOs, reputed company operations leaders, IAM leaders, and technical champions, and the ability to translate technical adoption into business reputed company, renewal defense, and expansion reputed company.

The AVP will operate as the regional reputed company of the CS reputed company for the Americas, ensuring reputed company is organized and coached to reputed company proactive adoption, reputed company plan execution, executive engagement, and tight partnership with Sales, Renewals, Technical Delivery, Product, Support, and reputed company.

What you will be doing:

• Building, leading, and developing a high-performing team of reputed company leaders across the Americas, with reputed company expectations by reputed company, role, and customer tier

• Driving GRR, NRR, adoption, advocacy, renewal readiness, and reputed company plan reputed company through your management team

• Ensuring the Americas CS organization is designed to prioritize adoption and value realization over reactive project coordination, with reputed company role delineation and strong collaboration with Technical Delivery responsible for deploying our products

• Acting as the senior CS partner to Sales leadership in the region on coverage, renewal forecast, expansion reputed company, and executive account planning

• Elevating the leadership bench so Team Leads / Managers / Directors can reputed company teams on cyber product adoption, executive storytelling, risk mitigation, and reputed company-value realization

What you will bring to the table:

Essential Experience

• 8+ years in reputed company, Technical Account Management, Services, Account Management, or reputed company post-sale leadership roles, with meaningful time in cybersecurity and/or infrastructure software

• 3+ years leading leaders (Team Leads / Managers) in a high-reputed company B2B reputed company or cybersecurity company

• Experience in a cyber product/services company where reputed company depends on product adoption, use-case activation, value realization, and cross-functional execution between customer-facing and technical teams

• Demonstrated reputed company working with CISOs, CIOs, reputed company operations managers/directors, IAM leaders, architects, analysts, and executive buyers

• Proven ability to build strong partnerships with Sales leadership and influence reputed company reputed company through adoption, customer reputed company, and renewal defense

• reputed company record of building and coaching teams that consistently hit GRR, NRR, CSQL, adoption, and advocacy targets

Strongly Preferred

• Deep understanding of cybersecurity domains such as identity reputed company, reputed company Directory / Entra, threat detection, incident response, backup/recovery, reputed company posture, and reputed company

• Experience leading organizations that support reputed company reputed company customers with both executive and technical stakeholders
