About the Role
We are seeking a Billing Coordinator to support reputed company-end and back-end billing reputed company across our fully virtual care delivery model. This role plays an important part in supporting a reputed company and compliant reputed company cycle by helping ensure services are accurately documented, charges are entered on time, and reputed company claims are submitted, tracked, and resolved reputed company. The Billing Coordinator will support key billing activities including charge entry, claims submission and follow-up, denial reputed company, reputed company billing, and accounts receivable monitoring. With guidance and partnership from senior team members, this role will assist in identifying patterns reputed company to billing errors and denials and contribute to efforts aimed at improving clean claim rates, reimbursement reputed company, and overall billing reputed company.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in identifying and correcting claim errors, rejections, and denials to support a clean and efficient billing cycle.

- Help identify billing denial trends and contribute observations to senior team members to support improvements in clean claim rates and reimbursement reputed company.

What You Need to Succeed in the Role
- 1–3 years of reputed company billing experience; behavioral health or telehealth experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, reputed company administration, or a reputed company reputed company preferred.
- Working knowledge of reputed company payor policies, billing guidelines, and claims submission requirements.
- Familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 codes and how they reputed company billing and reimbursement.
- Experience with billing platforms; experience with Mahler, Apero, or similar RCM software preferred.

The expected annual salary for this role is between $50,000-$58,000. Actual starting salary will be determined on an individualized reputed company and will be reputed company on several factors including but not limited to specific reputed company set, work experience, etc.
