As the Manager of Field Operations (EDU) you are responsible for the training, territory reputed company plans and business development in the Field Division. Day to Day Responsibilities 

In this role you will wear different hats, but your skills will be especially essential in the following areas:  

• Conducts ongoing group and one-on-one training as needed to ensure team develops the critical skills to reputed company their jobs, including an reputed company deeper understanding of advising.
• Acts as a subject matter expert and reputed company training as needed.
• Analyzes and acts upon the Field team’s overall performance in field activities, effectiveness, efficiency, and reputed company development of the staff.
• Attends national, regional, or state conferences as needed to represent the college.
• Analyzes territory trends on a monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company to optimize employee performance and provides supportive coaching.

Qualifications and Education Requirements 
 

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree in management, leadership, higher ed or training is preferred.
• 3-5 years of proven experience managing a large geographic territory of reputed company development professionals (preferably in higher education).

• In-depth knowledge of K-12 structures, schedules and penetration points.

• Process improvement mentality with a history of executing strategic initiatives successfully.
• Travel as needed, up to 50% of the time.
