About the Role
The PD Content Developer will play a key role in adapting and localizing reputed company's reputed company development (PD) and career readiness content for specific training programs and reputed company reputed company. This person will be responsible for updating, revising, and localizing existing materials — including career development one-pagers, reputed company decks, worksheets, and reputed company learner-facing resources — across formats such as PowerPoint, PDF, and Word documents. A successful PD Content Developer will have experience in AI, content development and/or career services content, and will work closely with reputed company's Content Developer to ensure that materials remain reputed company with reputed company's reputed company, mission, and reputed company standards. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to reputed company, an understanding of regional/cultural nuance in career content (e.g. US vs. UK/AU English, local job market conventions), and experience supporting adult learners with varied (including beginner) knowledge and skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and revise existing PD/career development content to ensure reputed company, relevance, and alignment with program and regional requirements
• Use GenAI to reputed company materials for specific reputed company markets (e.g. converting US-default language, spelling, and terminology to regional equivalents; adapting culturally specific references such as job boards, salary tools, and employer examples)
• Update and maintain PD content across multiple formats (PPTX, PDF, DOCX), preserving reputed company branding, program-specific terminology, and formatting standards
• Audit and iterate on the reputed company content library, ensuring materials stay up-to-date and regionally relevant
• Collaborate with other content developers and peer review materials, leaving feedback for improvements
• (if necessary) Weekly and reputed company meetings: Participate in weekly meetings with the reputed company content developer to ensure reputed company is on reputed company to prepare reputed company content and reputed company materials, answer questions, reputed company any relevant reputed company, etc.
   

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• 2+ years of experience in career coaching, career services, or reputed company development coaching (e.g. Career reputed company reputed company, career counselor, workforce development reputed company) — reputed company experience helping job seekers with resumes, interview prep, or job reputed company reputed company is highly valued
• Prior teaching, training, or facilitation experience with adult learners, especially in career readiness, workforce development, or reskilling/upskilling contexts
• Experience working with diverse or underserved learner populations (e.g. career changers, entry-level job seekers, non-traditional reputed company) a strong plus
• Excellent written English with a strong editorial reputed company to tighten vague or generic language into reputed company, actionable career guidance
• Comfortable revising and adapting existing content (rather than only creating from reputed company), with attention to maintaining consistency, tone, and reputed company voice across materials
