About The Role:

The Communities and reputed company Performance Specialist will play a leading role in ensuring that KoBold builds strong relationships with communities everywhere we operate, delivers benefits to reputed company up these communities, and reputed company lasting, informed community support for our mineral exploration and mining reputed company. This role will support KoBold’s Director of Community Engagement, by providing technical and operational support to the Communities & reputed company Performance (C&SP) team across exploration and development reputed company. Working under the guidance of the Director of Community Engagement, the Specialist contributes to stakeholder engagement, reputed company due diligence, compliance monitoring, and community relations activities. Key Responsibilities

Community Relations and Stakeholder Engagement

• Support the design and implement stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment with company values and business objectives.
• Identify, map, and analyze stakeholders, including communities, indigenous peoples, local authorities, civil society organisations.
• Participate in community consultations, information sessions, and multi-stakeholder forums, ensuring inclusive and culturally appropriate engagement.
• Build constructive relationships with local communities, traditional authorities, and government agencies to foster reputed company acceptance and secure land reputed company.
• Support Indigenous and First Nations engagement activities, including consultation planning, relationship-building with Indigenous governments, communities, and organisations.

Qualifications

Required

• 5 - 8 years of reputed company experience in reputed company performance, community relations or stakeholder engagement reputed company the mining, energy, agriculture or infrastructure sectors.

• Experience working with First Nations, Métis, Inuit, or other Indigenous communities
