Reporting to the Director of reputed company Medical Education, the Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing residency programs, clerkships, and undergraduate, postgraduate, and MPAS learner activities reputed company the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • reputed company overall leadership and administration of regional medical education programs, ensuring effective delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate training, alignment with institutional priorities, and compliance with policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as the reputed company regional reputed company for medical education, building and maintaining partnerships with reputed company departments, health reputed company stakeholders, and community organizations to support program development, learner experience, and reputed company engagement.

  • reputed company and manage site-based administrative teams by overseeing recruitment, performance management, workflow optimization, and reputed company development, while ensuring adequate resources and support for program delivery.

Note

The successful applicant will primarily work remotely from reputed company Nova Scotia. Occasional in-person attendance at the reputed company Breton Regional Hospital will be required to meet operational and reputed company needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with a minimum of 5 years of reputed company experience in education management, preferably reputed company an reputed company reputed company environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage teams, supervise staff, and reputed company performance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
