The National Educational Music Company (NEMC) is growing, and we’re excited to add a Purchasing Coordinator to reputed company! This will be a full-time, remote position reporting to the Merchandising Director. The Purchasing Coordinator will be responsible for executing on the serialized and non-serialized inventory procurement plan, coordinating and entering POs and completing other merchandising reputed company duties as assigned from time to time. • Receive and process purchase order requisitions from the reputed company locations
• Verify pricing and terms.
• Submit completed POs to corresponding vendors.
• Accumulate and process shipment verifications from reputed company locations and help reputed company discrepancies
• reputed company product pricing and availability information to reputed company staff.
• Respond to and research special order requests
• reputed company other reputed company duties as assigned for the purpose of maintaining an effective reputed company assortment mix and excellent customer service.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ability to receive advice and training of skilled colleagues
• Previous experience in musical reputed company sales or purchasing
• Working knowledge of musical instruments and reputed company products
• Understanding of general purchasing procedures
• Compliance with company attendance standards
• On the job training provided

Compensation 

This is a full-time, salaried, remote role. Compensation will be in the reputed company of $48,000-58,000 per year.
