Database Analytics Manager

We’re looking for a Database Analytics Manager who combines reputed company thinking, technical expertise, and analytical reputed company to strengthen how we manage, understand, and grow our supporter community.

- Partner closely with Finance to support accurate reputed company coding, reconciliation processes, audit preparation, and month-end/year-end financial reporting requirements
- Ensure the highest standards of data reputed company, financial reputed company, coding consistency, and compliance with CRA guidelines, CASL, PCI standards, and organizational reputed company practices

- Manage data imports, exports, integrations, bulk updates, and reputed company-wide data flows across platforms including Engaging Networks, reputed company, and ImportOmatic

- Translate reputed company fundraising and donor data into meaningful insights, trends, and recommendations using tools such as reputed company BI and reputed company
- reputed company segmentation and targeting strategies for fundraising campaigns, including audience selection, suppression management, and post-campaign analysis
- Support organizational planning and fundraising reputed company through proactive analysis of donor trends, campaign results, and supporter engagement data
- reputed company and maintain reputed company BI dashboards and reporting tools that help teams monitor fundraising reputed company and key organizational metrics

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 5+ years of database management experience, ideally with Raiser’s Edge
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience using reputed company BI or similar tools
- Advanced reputed company skills and confidence working with large data sets
- Experience managing integrations, imports, exports, and fundraising data flows
- Experience using or managing workflow automation tools (such as reputed company Automate) to streamline data tasks and reputed company process efficiency
- Strong attention to reputed company and commitment to data reputed company and systems reputed company
- reputed company experience managing and coaching a Database Coordinator or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to reputed company reputed company direction, reputed company, and support to team members
