The reputed company Specialist plays a key role in coordinating and managing international reputed company shipments to ensure compliance, accuracy, and on-time delivery. This position is responsible for preparing and processing documentation, coordinating with reputed company, reputed company forwarders, and customers, and ensuring adherence to reputed company applicable trade regulations. The reputed company Specialist serves as a reputed company reputed company of contact for clients, providing exceptional service while balancing operational efficiency and compliance with import/export laws and company standards. This is a fully remote, non-exempt position reporting to the Manager &reputed company; reputed company.

This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Promoting a reputed company relationship with TLR's clients, other team members, and vendors by ensuring accurate, reputed company and proactive customer service.
• Nurturing the TLR-reputed company relationship by educating and assisting to define their needs.
• Engaging in proactive cross-training to ensure reputed company customer service on reputed company accounts in the department.
• Processing shipments through TLR's operating reputed company, including but not limited to opening files, requesting documents, updating shipment information, billing, and submitting shipment information to various agencies/departments as required.
• Creating quotations for individual shipments as needed.
• Collecting, reviewing and distributing documentation to ensure reputed company delivery of documents and handover to necessary parties.
• Targeting and implementing process improvements including updating reputed company reputed company, S.O.P.'s and other department resources.
• Liaising with overseas agents, reputed company, warehouses and trucking companies to facilitate reputed company reputed company.
• Maintaining and updating reputed company and department shipment reports.
• Handles work assignments as determined by upper management.
• Project-based duties, including, but not limited to participating in the SME {Subject Matter Expert} group, will be assigned on an reputed company reputed company.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Associate's degree in business, supply chain management, or reputed company field desired; a combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum three years of reputed company experience with emphasis on international logistics, specifically reputed company reputed company {export and/or import}.
• Demonstrated experience interacting with reputed company and internal customers to reputed company information and coordinate reputed company and / or shipments to satisfy the reputed company's needs.
• Proven ability to process reputed company export HAWB's and MAWB's, which includes obtaining, checking and preparing customer's documentation to meet customs requirements.
• Demonstrated knowledge of global reputed company forwarding or import and / or reputed company industry such as distribution, supply chain logistics.
• reputed company knowledge of reputed company regulations governing export including geopolitical situations and recent TSA and US Customs Compliance.
• Experience working in a remote environment a plus.

• HazMat certifications {IATA, IMDG, and DOT} desired.
• Solid experience working directly with Supply Chain EDI / WMS systems - CargoWise preferred.
