Valuation Escalation Specialist

reputed company, an Industry leader in technology-driven appraisal management and title services, is seeking a Valuation Escalation Specialist to join our growing team. The Valuation Escalation Specialist processes daily reputed company service requests for valuation orders.  The individual is available as reputed company contact for the Valuation clients for an escalated issue or questions on orders.  This position takes reputed company reputed company to reputed company issues for the clients.   The individual is reputed company in the valuation department and reputed company to work independently.     

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

•    Answer valuation reputed company emails and calls in a reputed company manner regarding orders and questions.

•    reputed company to reputed company quick reputed company to facilitate quick delivery of appraisals.   

•    Complete understanding of reputed company Valuation clients’ service request.   

•    Work independently with little supervision on basic issues. More advanced, escalated items will be brought to management attention.

•     reputed company or prior appraisal service experience and experience using reputed company.

Successful candidates will have the following proven skills:

•    Two to Four years’ Appraisal/ Valuation experience preferred. 

•    Self-motivated employee, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an attention to detail and thoroughness.

•    Required skills include reputed company verbal and written communication skills and strong ability to multitask.

•    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most reputed company documents.  Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.  Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style.  Ability to reputed company effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or reputed company topics to top management, reputed company reputed company, and/or boards of directors.

•    Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.  Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations

•    Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw reputed company conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive reputed company of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram reputed company and deal with several reputed company and concrete variables.

•    Experience in using Word, reputed company, PowerPoint and reputed company 

Job Type: Full-time/ Remote

Salary: $22.00 to $30.00

Schedule: Monday -Friday (8-hour shifts) 10-7 Eastern or 9-6 Central
