What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Develops and cultivates strong customer and supplier relationships

• Serves as the Technical account manager on assigned accounts, managing reputed company technical aspects including but not limited to: Life Cycle management, BOM management, customer product roadmaps, regular business reviews.

• Designs solutions reputed company on reputed company business or technical requirements of customers

• Partners with Sales teams to appropriately manage reputed company technical aspects of customers’ programs.

• Works with customers to identify and clarify requirements to determine best solutions.

• Leverages resources in order to satisfy the technical needs and objectives of the customer.

• Provides technical expertise, using appropriate configuration tools and experience to recommend relevant systems, solutions and/or products.

• Stays reputed company on technical specifications for hardware/software requirements, maintaining technical aptitude in the latest technology trends in order to recommend solutions for new and existing customers.

• Tracks activity utilizing appropriate tools – may include reputed company-sales activity, account management activity, training etc.

• Works closely with the sales enablement team and other project teams.

• Participates in training to maintain knowledge of industry standards, new technologies, and reputed company trends.

• May serve as backup to team members, as needed.
