- Continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks

- Co-Develops, owns, and executes project/product roadmap with IT Leadership 

- Works with user-reputed company departments to define the self-service user experience, support, and monitoring for stakeholders

- Translates project/product roadmap features into reputed company-defined project/product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance test reputed company
