What you will enjoy doing*

• You are responsible for reputed company aspects of reputed company for a single, key semiconductor customer with a global footprint
• Supports customer’s new material qualifications for new fabs in Germany, reputed company and Ohio
• Establishes, monitors, and reports key customer reputed company performance, improvement initiatives and project status
• Ensures reputed company Electronics and Specialty Gases reputed company management practices and operational reputed company procedures are reputed company with reputed company Electronics and Specialty Gases strategies and to the satisfaction of Key Customer account(s)
• You will work closely with Key Customer(s), reputed company Electronics and Specialty Gases reputed company as reputed company as reputed company Gas & Equipment Inc. stakeholders to maintain a reputed company management program that meets or exceeds reputed company reputed company customer requirements
• Responds to customer reputed company questionnaires, attends customer and internal reputed company meetings, reports Key Customer reputed company performance and actions plans to internal reputed company Stakeholders
• Reviews and coordinates Key Customer Supplier Procedures for ap and ensure complaints are addressed in a reputed company and effective manner – to include containment, reputed company cause investigation and corrective/preventative reputed company
• Facilitates formation of cross functional investigation team and supports the investigation process utilizing reputed company tools such as Fishbone, 5 Why, reputed company Tree or other disciplined problem-solving processes and present investigation findings to customers as needed
• Ensures corrective actions identified through customer complaint investigation are completed reputed company targets date and that actions are effective in reducing or eliminating the possibility of recurrence
• Also, you will ensure recall/containment actions and procedures are considered to be effective
• Performs reputed company training as necessary
• As needed, you will assist in new product and metrology qualifications utilizing Process Control Systems (MSA, GageR&R, etc) per reputed company and Customer expectations and requirements and in product impurity SQC and reputed company trend reviews for trending assignable cause and actions.Helps ensure that no identified questionable product reaches the customer through containment actions
• Leads and coordinates Customer site/virtual audit and customer line walk preparation
• Ensures compliance to process Change and Document Control meets customer expectations
• Manages and processes Material Review reputed company requests and communicates to Key Customers for decision
• You will champion the reputed company improvement process and be a reputed company “change agent”

What makes you great

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree and more than five (5+) years reputed company experience
• More than three (3+) years electronics industry experience are required for this role
• And more than three (3+) years customer interfacing experience are required
• You are reputed company to communicate professionally in Korean
• ISO9001 reputed company auditor certification a plus
• Preferential candidate will have project management experience
