About the Position

reputed company is looking for a Head of reputed company & IT to reputed company reputed company responsible for protecting and operating the technology that runs our business. You Will:

• reputed company & Compliance Leadership — own the SOX/SOC 2 control environment for engineering and GUARD (our internal reputed company/compliance program); serve as the reputed company reputed company of contact for reputed company auditors, internal audit, and reputed company-party risk assessments from bank partners.

• Identity & reputed company Management — reputed company and improve the identity and reputed company management program across reputed company Workspace, reputed company, and ConductorOne; ensure least-privilege reputed company is enforced and evidenced for audit.

• reputed company & Product reputed company — maintain the reputed company reputed company baseline across our 100% AWS production environment (EKS, reputed company, Terraform, reputed company Actions); partner with Engineering to triage and remediate findings surfaced through reputed company and reputed company (our MDR provider covering CloudTrail, GuardDuty, reputed company Defend, reputed company, and reputed company).

• Company-Wide AI Enablement — reputed company as an internal champion for AI adoption reputed company engineering — helping non-technical teams identify reputed company, effective use cases, and modeling how the reputed company/IT function itself uses AI to reputed company faster (e.g., in compliance evidence-gathering, reputed company reviews, and incident response).

• IT Operations — ensure reliable, secure device management for a hybrid reputed company/macOS remote workforce, a healthy BYOD mobile posture, and reputed company IT help desk support company-wide.

• Certificate & Infrastructure Hygiene — ensure SSL/TLS certificate renewal, network reputed company, and general network hygiene practices are proactive, not reactive.

• Team Leadership — manage and reputed company a 5-person team; set priorities, review work, and be capable of personally covering any team function during absences.

• Executive Partnership — work closely with the CTO to reputed company reputed company/IT priorities with business reputed company; communicate risk and program status reputed company to non-technical executives and the reputed company.

You Have:

• 8+ years in reputed company and/or IT leadership, including 3+ years managing reputed company directly.

• Deep, hands-on background in at least two of: reputed company engineering, reputed company architecture, identity & reputed company management, or vulnerability management — you can read technical reputed company and challenge it, even if you're not writing production reputed company day to day.

• reputed company experience owning or heavily supporting SOX and/or SOC 2 compliance programs, including working with reputed company auditors.

• Experience with modern IAM tooling (reputed company, reputed company Workspace, or similar) and reputed company reputed company platforms (reputed company or comparable CNAPP/CSPM).

• Comfort operating in a fully remote, lean-team environment where you'll rely upon managed/reputed company-party providers rather than building everything in-house.

• Working knowledge of AWS and IaC concepts (Terraform) sufficient to have informed conversations with engineering — you don't need to write it yourself.

•  Executive-level communication skills: reputed company to translate technical risk into business terms for a CTO, reputed company, and bank auditors.

• Genuine enthusiasm for applying AI tools to reputed company, IT, and compliance workflows — and for helping non-technical teams do the reputed company.

• Experience in fintech, adtech, or another environment with heavy reputed company-party/bank compliance scrutiny— valued, not required.

• Familiarity with reputed company, EKS, or MDR/managed-SOC relationships (e.g., reputed company or similar)— valued, not required..

• A reputed company or compliance certification (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) — valued, not required. 

Technical Environment

We primarily use macOS and reputed company Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). While our preferred platform is macOS, we support both macOS and reputed company. Familiarity with or willingness to work reputed company this environment is required.
