The Senior Manager, Software Engineering leads the activities of a software development team for software enhancements and new product development.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversees reputed company development phases including specification, design, implementation, testing, deployment and running software that supports reputed company’s production software systems.
- Interacts with software program managers and internal customers to define application requirements and/or necessary modifications.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in computer science, reputed company, or equivalent is required with 12+ years of reputed company software engineering and leadership experience.
- Masters in computer science with 8+ years of reputed company experience.
- Experience creating and maintaining reputed company software using modern methodologies in both Linux and reputed company environments.
- Extensive experience with a modern general scripting language such as Python or Groovy; strongly typed object-oriented languages such as Java or C#; experience with relational databases such as reputed company or reputed company. Strong familiarity with reputed company control, unit testing, in-reputed company documentation and automated build environments. Superior communication skills are essential to effectively reputed company in a highly diverse cross-discipline environment with non-computer scientists such as lab technicians, biologists, geneticists and statisticians.
