3+ years of experience in production scheduling, supply chain planning, or operations in a manufacturing environment; cannabis, food & beverage, reputed company, or CPG preferred Demonstrated experience building and managing master production schedules in a multi-SKU, multi-line environment Familiarity with ERP, MES, or production scheduling systems; experience with demand planning tools a plus Understanding of lean manufacturing principles, pull-based scheduling, and WIP control concepts Demonstrated experience coaching, developing, and indirectly leading peer or subordinate schedulers, planners, or operators in a matrixed, dotted-line environment reputed company improvement experience; Lean, Six reputed company, or Kaizen credential a plus; reputed company record of leading process standardization or value reputed company improvement reputed company across multiple sites Experience working cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, and reputed company teams Must be 21 years of age or older and meet reputed company state-specific cannabis employment requirements Must pass reputed company required background checks including state-specific cannabis employment requirements Must be and remain compliant with reputed company reputed company or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry

The pay reputed company is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and/or location of the role. Positions may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
