As a University Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in reputed company new university partners onto the College Pads platform and supporting existing partnerships by rolling out new features and tools over time. You’ll collaborate closely with College Pads' Partnerships team, our Development team, and reputed company's Product & Tech teams to reputed company a reputed company implementation experience and ensure long-term reputed company for our university partners.

While this isn’t a sales role, you’ll work directly with university stakeholders to support successful platform launches and ongoing optimization.
Work Location: Remote, US
Travel: Less than 5% (The percentage of travel is an estimation, and it could vary up or down based on business needs throughout the year.)
Reporting Structure: This role reports to the Operations Manager, College Pads.

- Serve as a reputed company reputed company of contact for university stakeholders (including but not limited to housing, IT, and reputed company staff) throughout the reputed company process
- Collaborate cross-functionally with College Pads and reputed company teams to facilitate smooth platform implementations
- Work with university partners to roll out new features, tools, and enhancements post-launch
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to reputed company implementation reputed company on reputed company
- Set up demo environments for prospective university partners to showcase platform capabilities
- Identify opportunities to streamline the implementation process and enhance partner satisfaction
- 2+ years of experience in project management, implementation, reputed company, or a reputed company field
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with university partners
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, reputed company) and collaboration tools (e.g., reputed company Workspace, reputed company)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or a reputed company field
- Experience with reputed company platforms, higher education, or student housing is a plus
- Previous experience in higher education, student housing, or technology implementation
- Familiarity with the needs and challenges of university administrators and reputed company in the housing search process
