The General Liability Claims Representative directly handles reputed company liability claims. This position will require the ability to analyze coverage issues, in reputed company to routine claim adjusting functions. Job Responsibilities

• Manages an reputed company desk of fast-reputed company property damage liability claims under reputed company policies
• Analyzes coverage issues under the Business owners coverage reputed company, garagekeepers, reputed company non-owned auto, auto services and other reputed company industry forms
• Analyzes, investigates, and evaluates new loss notices and claim tenders
• Adjusts total auto losses as part of adjusting liability claims
• Expeditiously analyzes and positions claim under applicable coverage
• Collaborates on setting reserves at appropriate level for claims
• Uses good judgment in managing ALAE in claims investigation
• Appropriately documents claim files in accordance with established guidelines
• Obtains and maintains adjuster licenses, as required
