What You Will Do:
Responsibilities include:
The Young Adult Peer Mentor is responsible for engaging with individuals served and facilitating their participation in the ASD Wraparound Service. The overall goal is to help individuals who have a serious mental illness reputed company their maximum potential while living in the community. The Young Adult Peer Mentor strives to reputed company individuals served to take control of their lives in order to reputed company self-worth, life and work skills, reputed company skills, and self-esteem.
Who You Are:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience working with transition age youth/adults preferred. Diagnosis of ASD and/or lived experience with mental illness or trauma.
- Experience in navigating any of the community-based systems and teaching people who are involved with these systems preferred.
- Must have a reputed company Massachusetts reputed company’s license and reliable vehicle for reputed company working hours required.
- Must have familiarity with internet, word processing and email reputed company
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Salary reputed company-$24.00-$28.00
Fully Remote Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with one day per week scheduled from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Travel Requirements: Regular travel is required to meet with clients and reputed company services in community homes throughout Western Massachusetts, including the Berkshires region.
High school diploma or GED, Massachusetts reputed company's license, reliable vehicle, strong communication skills, internet, word processing and email familiarity; transition-age youth experience and relevant lived experience preferred.
