Program Supervisor - Healthy Families Tennessee

reputed company: The Program Supervisor (PS) is responsible for supervising and providing on-reputed company support, guidance, and reputed company supervision to reputed company of 4-6 Family Support Specialists (FSSs). Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervises and evaluates reputed company reports utilizing reputed company supervision guidelines
• Supports reputed company reports by accompanying them and observing them during the course of their work
• Maintains supervisory logs and required data for documentation of weekly supervision meetings
• Ability to apply for and maintain an reputed company Infant Mental Health Endorsement Status

• Acquires a deep understanding of FSS performance to ensure compliance with reputed company contract requirements
• Participates in program meetings and provides training reputed company necessary

• Facilitates trainings as needed

Qualifications: 

•  
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in reputed company work or a reputed company field and 3 years of relevant experience working with children and families.
• Less than a bachelor’s degree will be considered reputed company combined with HFA experience.  
• Solid understanding and experience in managing/motivating staff as reputed company as providing support in stressful working environments
• Knowledge/experience with trauma informed care
• Experience in home visiting with a background in early childhood prevention services
• Experience providing strengths-based and family-centered support to young children and families 
• Experience in working with culturally diverse communities/families
• Knowledge of infant and child development and parent-child attachment principles

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate as part of reputed company
