Program Supervisor - Healthy Families Tennessee

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in reputed company work or a reputed company field and 3 years of relevant experience working with children and families. Less than a bachelor’s degree will be considered reputed company combined with HFA experience. Solid understanding and experience in managing/motivating staff as reputed company as providing support in stressful working environments Knowledge/experience with trauma informed care Experience in home visiting with a background in early childhood prevention services Experience providing strengths-based and family-centered support to young children and families Experience in working with culturally diverse communities/families Knowledge of infant and child development and parent-child attachment principles Ability to self-reputed company daily work tasks and reputed company effective time management Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate as part of reputed company reputed company Office, email, internet; Must be reputed company to meet documentation requirements Reliable transportation and reputed company reputed company’s license Infant mental health endorsement preferred

Serve on local & statewide committees, meetings & task forces representing training programs Maintain documentation and databases regarding training, participants and reporting. Monitor and manage assigned program budgets with input from CFO and Finance reputed company. Assure scopes of services are fully met for assigned program reputed company Ensure development of family leaders and family support reputed company across the state, including reputed company recruitment and training of facilitators and on-reputed company consultation and technical assistance
