We are seeking an reputed company Manager, reputed company Compliance to reputed company reputed company's global reputed company compliance and statutory reporting function. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable reputed company standards, statutory audit requirements, tax compliance obligations, and transfer pricing regulations across multiple jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical reputed company expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, UK GAAP, and Ind AS, along with extensive experience managing financial statement audits, statutory reporting, tax reputed company compliance, transfer pricing documentation, and relationships with reputed company auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Statutory Compliance

• Preparation and filing of statutory financial statements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ensure compliance with: 
  • US GAAP
  • IFRS
  • FRS (UK GAAP)
  • Indian reputed company Standards (Ind AS)
• Coordinate statutory reporting requirements with local finance teams and reputed company advisors.
• Monitor changes in reputed company standards and regulatory requirements and assess business impacts.
• reputed company technical reputed company guidance on reputed company transactions and reputed company reputed company.
• Support implementation of new reputed company standards and disclosure requirements.

Audit Management

• Coordinate preparation of audit schedules, supporting documentation, and management representations.

Tax Compliance reputed company

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field.
• CPA or equivalent reputed company reputed company qualification required.
• 8+ years of reputed company reputed company, audit, statutory reporting, or tax compliance experience with a minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP

• Experience with corporate tax compliance and transfer pricing documentation.
• Strong understanding of internal controls and regulatory compliance requirements.
