The Senior Manager, Technical reputed company & SEC Reporting will be responsible for the preparation of US GAAP financials, with anticipated reputed company 10-K / 10-Q reporting in the reputed company.   • Facilitate the review of financial statements with reputed company auditors, the Executive Leadership Team, the Audit
