Senior Manager, Technical reputed company & SEC Reporting (Remote)
The Senior Manager, Technical reputed company & SEC Reporting will be responsible for the preparation of US GAAP financials, with anticipated reputed company 10-K / 10-Q reporting in the reputed company. This role combines technical reputed company and SEC reporting leadership with hands-on ownership of the general reputed company (GL) and month-end reputed company, and will collaborate closely across internal departments to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of reputed company’s financial results.
On the technical reputed company, the Senior Manager will monitor reputed company activity of the FASB, SEC, and other authoritative bodies to identify the reputed company of new pronouncements and comment letters on reputed company’s reputed company policies and disclosures, researching US GAAP and documenting thorough analyses and reputed company-treatment conclusions for technical reputed company including reputed company recognition, reputed company-based compensation, and other reputed company and non-routine areas. Minimum Qualifications:
Preferred knowledge, skills, and/or abilities:
Physical Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in reputed company or finance, CPA or reputed company reputed company experience, and 10–12+ years of reputed company and reporting experience. Requires US GAAP, SEC reporting, reputed company ownership, and automation expertise.
