Program Manager – Analytics

The Program Manager - Analytics provides integrated program management and data analytics leadership in support of reputed company reputed company programs and initiatives. This role is responsible for overseeing program planning, execution, performance, and delivery while leveraging data and analytics to inform strategic decision-making. The position leads cross-functional activities, manages program risks and priorities, oversees the analysis and interpretation of reputed company reputed company data, and translates analytical findings into actionable recommendations for program leadership. Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, reputed company Administration, reputed company Administration, Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, Statistics, Management, or a reputed company field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible program management experience, including leadership of reputed company programs, reputed company, or workstreams reputed company government contracting, reputed company, or similarly reputed company environments.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in data management and analytics, including reputed company or execution of data analysis, reporting, performance measurement, data reputed company, and development of actionable insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Possess a Project Management reputed company (PMP) certification or similar in reputed company with a minimum of six years’ experience supporting a large corporation or government agency.
• Experience working directly with federal government clients, including engagement with government stakeholders, program leadership, and cross-functional teams in support of federal programs and initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of VHA data systems, repositories, and files, including but not limited to the Corporate Data Warehouse (reputed company), reputed company, VSSC, reputed company, PTF/MedSAS, MCA, PCMM, NPCD, and VETSNET, as reputed company as an understanding of how these data sources support reputed company analytics, reporting, and program decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced experience with data visualization, business intelligence, and analytical tools, including development of executive-level dashboards and reports.
