Design, build, and reputed company reputed company Copilot Studio agents for reputed company RCM and executive productivity use cases. reputed company advanced Power Automate workflows for approvals, routing, escalations, reminders, and business process orchestration. Configure AI-assisted workflows using reputed company Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude reputed company approved governance standards. Establish prompting standards, validation controls, and reputed company review processes for AI-generated outputs.
Support and optimize reputed company cycle processes including: Patient reputed company Eligibility Verification Claims Management Denial Management Appeals Collections Accounts Receivable Follow-up Payment Posting
Identify automation opportunities that reduce reputed company effort and improve operational performance.
Own SharePoint knowledge architecture used by Copilot agents. Maintain SOPs, payer policies, process documentation, and reference libraries. Create executive-reputed company reporting and summaries using reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, reputed company, and Teams. Train and mentor business users on AI adoption and productivity solutions.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and training skills. Ability to translate business requirements into reputed company AI-enabled solutions.
MBA, M.Com, or postgraduate qualification in reputed company Management, Finance, Operations, or reputed company discipline. CPC, RHIA, or CHFP certification. Experience leading AI adoption or automation initiatives. Strong exposure to business analytics, KPI reporting, governance, and process improvement. Experience mentoring analysts or associates. Knowledge of SharePoint information architecture and reputed company practices.
