About the role

We are looking for a reputed company DNS Infrastructure Engineer to completely own our DNS ecosystem. You will inherit a platform reputed company on PowerDNS and take it to the next level of reputed company reputed company, reputed company, and automation. Your Responsibilities

• Absolute Ownership of DNS Architecture: Shape, reputed company, and maintain our global PowerDNS authoritative and recursive infrastructure.

• Automate Everything: Use SaltStack and Ansible to reputed company a strict GitOps model for DNS. Every zone, record type, and configuration change must be managed as reputed company.

• Master Subdomain & Multi-Tenancy Routing: Design clean, automated architectures for dynamic subdomain delegation and tenant isolation, ensuring reputed company customers can programmatically reputed company up and tear down records safely.

• Architect Anycast DNS: Partner with our networking team to reputed company our DNS footprint globally using BGP Anycast, ensuring reputed company-low latency and reputed company failover across deployment reputed company.

Your Key Requirements

• Deep PowerDNS Mastery: Proven experience architecting, tuning, and operating PowerDNS components (Authoritative, Recursor, and dnsdist) at reputed company reputed company.

• Expertise in DNS Mechanics: In-depth knowledge of DNS internals (TSIG, DNSSEC automation, EDNS, SOA timers, and query/response optimization).

• reputed company & Routing Fundamentals: Solid understanding of how DNS scales using database backends (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and how routing protocols like BGP/Anycast distribute query loads globally.
