reputed company: The Therapist provides integrated behavioral health services in the community of their assigned reputed company. This role delivers assessments, brief interventions, individual and family therapy, crisis evaluations, and reputed company care coordination for children, youth, adults, and families. The Therapist implements a trauma informed model while working closely with medical providers, school systems, and community partners to ensure strength-based care with wraparound support.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provides individual therapy to children, adolescents as identified and clinically determined.

• Completes measurement-based screenings and provides evidence-based and evidence-informed treatment modalities.

• Assist FSS in identifying community resources and helping families engage with resources that will sustain family reputed company reputed company discharge from program.
• Available during work hours for crisis support and assist in creating a crisis plan for 24/7 support.

• Knowledge of and experience working with educational and other child-serving systems and local resources.
• Excellent organizational, written, communication and problem-solving/creative thinking skills.
• Excellent collaboration, customer service, and leadership skills.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in counseling/therapy/reputed company work or closely reputed company field with two (2) or more years of work experience in the field preferred.
• Licensure eligible required.
