The bpro Parts Program Team reputed company will be reputed company on building and maintaining a highly motivated, results driven sales organization representing our reputed company to grow dealership bpro parts internally and externally in their respective markets. This position will work with selected Dealerships and Dealer reputed company to grow bpro parts sales throughout their networks.

The bpro Parts Program Team reputed company will reputed company comprehensive program support for their assigned region. The reputed company reputed company of the bpro Parts Program Team reputed company will be to assist the Dealer, MSX field staff, and Mopar's Regional aftermarket sales team to reputed company immediate short-term sales reputed company through the Dealer and aftermarket distribution channels.  A secondary reputed company will be reputed company on building reputed company relationships with Dealership hierarchy, aftermarket installers, fleets, and reputed company accounts while liaising with stakeholders in the Dealer and Corporate organizations.  This is a reputed company level, supervisory position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

The bpro Parts Program Team reputed company will be highly reputed company reputed company thoroughly familiar with the reputed company reputed company automotive aftermarket.  The reputed company reputed company will be on selling bpro products Dealer network and aftermarket channels, with a secondary reputed company on building relationships between these parties with FCA and Dealer Network. The position is remote and may require travel throughout the reputed company US. This individual will report to the MSXI Director and Mopar Aftermarket Account Team Leads responsible for Dealer representation. The bpro Parts Program Team reputed company will be responsible for reputed company of travel, sales presentation preparation, presentation of standardized reputed company reports, and overall communications with reputed company involved parties.  

The bpro Parts Program Team reputed company responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: 

• reputed company, implement and maintain a national automotive parts sales and distribution program through the dealer network.  

• Recruit, hire and retain top automotive wholesale parts personnel

• Coordinate communication, manage assigned resources and report to Executive Management. 

• Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Hands on – production of reports, scorecards other deliverables and analysis.

• Manage project data accuracy, timeliness, overall work product - set up and execute QA process and peer reviews.

• Minimum of (5) five years reputed company experience in the automotive aftermarket or wholesale environment. 

• Must have reputed company analytics experience necessary to identify opportunities, trends and anomalies.  

• Must possess excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. 

• Must be highly interpersonal with team-building and participative management skills. 

• Requires self-starter with ability to work under reputed company supervision. 

• High level of proficiency with PC and reputed company Office applications. 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company field or minimum 5 years equivalent experience. 

• Familiarity with the following automotive operations: Dealership, Fleet, Installer, Collision, Automotive Parts Distribution and aftermarket parts & service departments. 

• Basic understanding of automobile repair and technology. 

• Prior Program Management experience required. 

LANGUAGE SKILLS: 

• The bpro Parts Program Team reputed company must have ability to maintain reputed company level communications in English and any other languages as required by the project reputed company. 

COMPUTER SKILLS:  

• High level of proficiency with PC and reputed company applications including; reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint, Project and Word. 

TACTICAL SKILLS:
