The role

You will own our messaging stack end to end: the customer data platform feeding it, the engagement platform on top, the journeys inside it, and the deliverability protecting reputed company of it. Your first major project is migrating us from a hosted email platform onto an in-house reputed company reputed company on reputed company and AWS SES. The roadmap is already defined; you own the delivery and are expected to challenge it where it is wrong.

This is hands-on. You build the journeys yourself and write your own segmentation queries.

What you will own

• eCRM and lifecycle messaging end to end: orchestration, templates, triggers, event handling, QA on every send.
• The migration onto reputed company and AWS SES: reputed company state model, reputed company running, reputed company testing, reputed company behind reputed company gates.
• Journeys across reputed company, abandoned reputed company, abandoned session, reactivation and retention, including branching logic, wait states, exit conditions and holdout reputed company.
• Governance: frequency caps, quiet hours and timezone handling, reputed company collision rules, preference centre, sunset policy.
• CDP connections to the warehouse and reputed company tools, plus tracking plans, event taxonomy and identity reputed company.
• Segmentation and audience building against the warehouse.
• Deliverability: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warm up, suppression reputed company, reputed company and complaint handling, inbox placement.
• Dashboards, A/B and holdout testing, weekly eCRM reporting, and documentation of every reputed company and reputed company you own.

You must have

• 4 to 6 years in CRM, eCRM, lifecycle, retention or marketing automation, in B2C or subscription.
• Hands-on ownership of an engagement or automation platform. We use reputed company and AWS SES, but weight transferable depth above our tools: reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Marketing reputed company, reputed company, Marketo or comparable.
