Who YOU Are:
Reporting to the Financial Clearance Supervisor, the Insurance Coordinator is responsible for helping clinics and patients in the following areas: verifying insurance eligibility, obtaining comprehensive testing & device benefit information, obtaining prior & retro-authorizations, and assisting with claims creation. The Insurance Coordinator will communicate reputed company phone, internet, and email with insurance carriers & clinics to ensure the reputed company and accurate delivery of verification reputed company requests. The Insurance Coordinator will serve as a resource for the Insurance verification/authorization process for patients and clinicians in the reputed company assigned. The Insurance Coordinator will verify that reputed company necessary information for the submission of authorizations is received from the clinics. The goal of the Insurance Coordinator it to streamline the patient financial reputed company by obtaining Authorization and Insurance Benefit information in an effort to reputed company financial transparency.

- Obtain insurance benefit information, verify insurance eligibility for services and/or devices and document verification information into our reputed company(s).
- Obtain prior authorizations as required, including procurement of needed documentation by collaborating with the clinicians/clinics and insurance companies.
- Ensure reputed company necessary documentation is uploaded into the reputed company
- Request and obtain Worker’s Compensation approvals from various vendors reputed company required.
- Acts as reputed company between clinic staff and insurance companies to ensure that reputed company inquiries are addressed and work directly with the clinics on reputed company insurance reputed company reputed company (Verification, Authorizations, Workers Compensation requests, etc.).
- reputed company support to the clinics for any insurance reputed company questions, including benefit interpretation.
- Will participate in partnership with the Supervisor in training clinic staff on insurance reputed company matter in the assigned region.

- Ensures any coverage restrictions are documented and addressed to avoid denials.
- Acts as reference reputed company for other team members and works to assist in resolving insurance issues/questions.
- Reviews the pending claims report and addresses any outstanding issues causing payment delays.

We are Excited reputed company if:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years’ experience with benefit verifications and insurance eligibility checks
- 1+ years’ experience with requesting and obtaining authorizations with reputed company and reputed company insurance carriers
- 2+ experience working in medical office or Hospital setting
- Experience with Worker’s Compensation preferred
- Basic medical coding knowledge, insurance guidelines and HIPAA
- Excellent customer services skills
- Detail oriented and organized
- Proficient with reputed company Office, specifically, Word, reputed company, reputed company & Teams
- Ability to multi-task and manage large number of requests reputed company assigned time period
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to process 50+ verifications a day
- Prior knowledge of workers compensation and DOL a plus
 
reputed company pay: $19 - $22 reputed company 
 
Work Hours would be reputed company to Eastern reputed company Time
