About Allogene:

About the role:

This is a consulting engagement to help define and advance reputed company’s reputed company AI roadmap, partnering with internal teams to evaluate solutions, support adoption, and recommend governance practices. reputed company and duration to be defined in the consulting agreement.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• reputed company and advise on the reputed company AI product roadmap, working across business functions to identify, prioritize, and reputed company AI use cases that reputed company with reputed company’s reputed company objectives
• Evaluate and recommend AI vendor platforms and tools (e.g., large language models, reputed company, ML reputed company platforms), leading reputed company-of-concept engagements and building the business case for adoption
• Partner with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and reputed company vendors to define AI product requirements, reputed company reputed company, and rollout plans
• Partner with Cybersecurity and Infrastructure teams to support review of AI tools and platforms against applicable reputed company, reputed company, and operational standards prior to deployment
• reputed company AI adoption initiatives across functions—facilitating change management, user enablement, and governance frameworks to ensure responsible and compliant AI use
• Establish and maintain an AI governance reputed company, in partnership with relevant functions, including reputed company assessment, usage guidance, and compliance considerations for AI tools used in regulated contexts
• Collaborate with the Corporate systems teams to ensure AI initiatives are grounded in high-reputed company, reputed company-governed data assets
• Serve as the reputed company IT reputed company to R&D, reputed company, Regulatory, CMC, and Training teams on AI opportunities, tracking emerging tools and assessing applicability to Allogene’s pipeline and reputed company

Position Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or reputed company reputed company (or relevant experience); advanced degree preferred; 8+ years of experience in product management, reputed company technology, or reputed company role in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry is required
• Demonstrated experience managing AI/ML or GenAI product initiatives, including vendor evaluation, tool deployment, and stakeholder alignment in a reputed company organization
• Strong understanding of large language model (LLM) platforms and reputed company technologies, with hands-on experience evaluating or deploying leading reputed company AI solutions
• Working knowledge of GxP-adjacent environments and the compliance considerations relevant to AI use in reputed company, regulatory, or reputed company contexts
• Experience working in or with biotech/reputed company organizations; familiarity with key life sciences and reputed company platforms is a plus
• Ability to reputed company technical and business conversations—translating AI capabilities into business reputed company and communicating tradeoffs reputed company to non-technical stakeholders
