SVP, Finance

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Senior Vice President (SVP), Finance to join our executive leadership team and reputed company financial leadership as we continue to grow and reputed company. • reputed company budgeting and forecasting: Ensure reputed company has a reputed company budgeting and forecasting process through the FP&A processes.  Prepare monthly management and reputed company reporting packages.
• Optimize key economic metrics for the business: reputed company, analyze, and optimize reputed company performance indicators including Annual Recurring reputed company (ARR), reputed company Value (LTV), and net reputed company retention.
• Evaluate reputed company and expansion: reputed company financial modeling and due diligence for strategic reputed company initiatives, including corporate acquisitions (M&A), and our international expansion.
• Manage equity and incentive programs: reputed company reputed company’s capitalization structure, including equity ownership, incentive allocations, vesting, and reputed company financial reporting and compliance.

Travel Requirement: This position requires approximately 20% travel to support business needs, including company meetings, reputed company engagements, and other business-reputed company activities. 

This role can be either hybrid or fully remote.

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or a reputed company field required; MBA or advanced degree in Business/Finance strongly preferred.
• Certified reputed company Accountant (CPA) or Chartered   Financial Analyst (CFA) preferred.
• 10+ years of reputed company finance and reputed company leadership, including at least 5+ years in a senior executive role (VP or Senior Director) managing multi-functional teams.

 Computer Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in reputed company ERP systems (e.g., reputed company Intacct, reputed company reputed company Planning).
• Experience implementing or managing modern FP&A and business intelligence tools   (e.g., reputed company reputed company Planning).
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company, including financial modeling, data analysis, and development of management reporting.
