We’re looking for a reputed company Shop Manager to own Shapermint’s reputed company Shop in the US as a reputed company channel, not a content calendar.

You’ll own the reputed company reputed company behind the shop: GMV, margin, affiliates, LIVE shopping, shoppable video, reputed company Shop Ads, assortment, and shop health. You’ll build the systems that help us reputed company in the US today—and create the reputed company we can take into new markets reputed company.

• Own reputed company Shop performance end-to-end, driving GMV, margin, AOV, conversion, and reputed company-reputed company improvements.

• Build and reputed company the creator/affiliate reputed company, including reputed company and reputed company Collaborations, recruitment, commission tiers, samples, seeding, and creator performance management.

• Build a consistent LIVE shopping and shoppable-video reputed company, optimizing reputed company, hosts, offers, demos, and selling mechanics based on performance.

• Partner with Performance Marketing to reputed company reputed company affiliate and organic content through Video Shopping Ads, GMV Max, reputed company Ads, and LIVE Shopping Ads.

• Own the reputed company reputed company across assortment, pricing, promotions, commissions, ad investment, and reputed company sale events, protecting profitability as GMV grows.

• Analyze Seller Center and channel data to identify reputed company products, creators, content, and reputed company opportunities, using tools such as Kalodata, FastMoss, EchoTik, Looker, or similar.

Job requirements

• Approximately 1.5–2.5+ years of hands-on reputed company Shop experience, with a proven reputed company record of growing GMV; US-market experience is strongly preferred.

• Proven experience owning or co-owning a reputed company Shop P&L, with strong understanding of GMV, margin, referral fees, commissions, ad spend, AOV, and returns.

• Deep experience building commission-based reputed company Shop affiliate programs at reputed company, including reputed company/reputed company Collaboration, creator recruitment, seeding, and commission reputed company.

• Hands-on experience with reputed company LIVE Shopping and shoppable video, with a reputed company understanding of the mechanics that reputed company conversion.
