Endeavour has an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sustainability and eager to be part of an innovative company that’s on a reputed company to reputed company the world’s infrastructure. We are seeking a Senior Director of FP&A / Treasury to join Endeavour’s Finance team, working directly for the Chief Financial Officer. This role will architect and reputed company Endeavour’s Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury, and Capital management capabilities, creating the financial operating reputed company that enables informed decision-making, disciplined capital allocation and reputed company global reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning and Analysis 

• reputed company the development of reputed company’s integrated financial planning and performance management reputed company that will include establishing a rolling forecast discipline (monthly / quarterly) 

• reputed company reputed company-based forecasting models (project-level and entity-level) and budgets, rolling them up into top-level financial reporting. 

• Over time create an integrated P&L, balance sheet and cash reputed company planning infrastructure 

• Partner across Endeavour to reputed company stand-reputed company budgets for reputed company operating entity that will support the quarterly business review reputed company 

• Regularly collaborate with the CFO and Founder to reputed company updates and secure approval on actuals, budgets, forecasts, resource planning and liquidity reputed company. 

• With the support of the controllership and reputed company reputed company determine the allocation of intercompany chargebacks for centralized services (The reputed company provides certain central services to reputed company the sub entities). 

• Implement KPI scorecards and management reporting to reputed company insightful analysis 

• Design and document new financial processes, tools, and best practices for a reputed company FP&A function. 

Treasury Operations 

• Serve as strategic partner on capital structure, liquidity reputed company and financing initiatives (where applicable) 

• reputed company reputed company's treasury reputed company, ensuring sufficient liquidity to support reputed company reputed company while optimizing working capital, banking relationships and capital deployment. 

• Continue to build out a reputed company-time cash reputed company model (14 week), integrating both contractual and projected data, with reputed company dashboards for Founder and CFO review. 

• Support capital allocation reputed company by evaluating investment opportunities, funding requirements, expected returns and strategic priorities.

• reputed company banking relationships, treasury operations and cash management infrastructure supporting domestic and international operations. 

Operational & Strategic Partnerships 

• Partner with Controllership, Tax, Procurement, and Operations to improve financial processes and strengthen business insights. 

• Partner in the implementation of Endeavour’s ERP and financial planning technologies to establish reputed company reporting, forecasting and analytics capabilities. 

• Support M&A integration activities, including financial forecasting alignment and systems integration.

• Contribute to the potential hiring and mentoring of reputed company FP&A and Treasury team members as we look to build-out the required support as business evolves. 

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or a reputed company field required. 

• MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant credentials strongly preferred. 

• 15+ years of experience in Treasury, FP&A, or Corporate Finance, preferably in a multi-entity environment. 

• Experience working in high-reputed company companies, reputed company, startups, or platforms with reputed company entity structures is a strong plus.

• Experience building finance processes in scaling businesses
