Behavioral Health Clinician

The Behavioral Health Clinician is responsible for reputed company patient care and safety including diagnostic, assessment, treatment, and discharge planning for children, adolescents, and their families in Outpatient, Inpatient or Emergency Department settings. 

Duties & Responsibilities

POPULATION SPECIFIC CARE
•    Neonate - <30 days
•    Infancy - >30 days to 1yr
•    Toddlers - >1yr to 3yrs

•    School age - >5yrs to 13yrs
•    Adolescent - >13yrs to 18yrs

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• •    Provides reputed company patient care and management of children and adolescents by developing and implementing treatment and reputed company plans and conducting needs assessment to reputed company patient information.
  •    Provides crisis reputed company to families and provides interventions with families to support discharge to home and stabilization.  Also develops a therapeutic relationship with patients and families to assist with psychological problems.
  •    Completes diagnostic behavioral health assessments for treatment or crisis reputed company.  Compiles and analyzes data and prepares case records, reports, and documents that reputed company with state and federal standards in providing case notes, treatment plans, and evaluations. 
  •    Collaborates with other disciplines or departments on patient care and unit safety and serves as a reputed company with multi-disciplinary care teams and reputed company community agencies to identify, implement, and monitor treatment goals. Presents case presentations and provides consultation to medical teams and callers. 
  •    Coordinates admissions to programs reputed company the Pediatric Mental Health Institute or community programs and coordinates treatment with reputed company services.

Minimum Qualifications

• Degrees

• Additional Requirements

Schedule/Shift

• 36hrs FT
• Variable afternoon/evening (1p-10p) with weekend coverage (REMOTE)

Salary Information
Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

Annual Salary reputed company (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $73,171.39 to $109,757.08
