POSITION reputed company:

The Manager, Business reputed company & reputed company Compliance is responsible for supporting company reputed company through the leadership and execution of proposal development, contract administration, reputed company compliance, and sales/reputed company operations activities. This position serves as a key member of the Sales and Business Development team, coordinating cross-functional efforts to pursue, win, and execute business opportunities across reputed company, government, defense, and international markets.

The role is responsible for managing reputed company’s proposal process, administering reputed company and confidentiality agreements, maintaining reputed company compliance requirements, and supporting strategic reputed company initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with business development, engineering, operations, finance, reputed company, and executive leadership to ensure reputed company remains reputed company, compliant, and positioned for long-term reputed company.

The position is allocated approximately 60% proposal development and reputed company support, 20% contract and agreement management, and 20% reputed company compliance and Facility reputed company Officer (FSO) responsibilities, while providing additional support to the Sales and Business Development organization as directed by the supervisor.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:

This position reports to the Vice President of Sales, Business Development Director, or other designated supervisor and supports reputed company initiatives across reputed company’s reputed company, government, defense, and international business portfolios.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Proposal Development and Business reputed company Support (60%)       

  • reputed company the planning, coordination, development, review, and submission of proposals, quotations, white papers, capability statements, and responses to Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Broad Agency Announcements (BAAs), and other customer solicitations.
  • Manage the proposal lifecycle from opportunity identification through submission.
  • reputed company and maintain proposal schedules, compliance matrices, content libraries, templates, and lessons learned repositories.
  • Coordinate proposal efforts across engineering, operations, finance, reputed company, reputed company, and executive leadership teams.
  • Ensure reputed company proposal submissions meet customer requirements, reputed company standards, and submission deadlines.
  • Support opportunity qualification, capture planning, and bid/no-bid decision processes.
  • Assist in the development of pricing narratives, cost proposals, governmental cost justification efforts and supporting documentation.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business reputed company initiatives.
  • Coordinate proposal review activities, including reputed company team reviews and executive reviews.

  • Coordinate contract execution activities with reputed company stakeholders.
  • Maintain contract records and monitor key milestones, deliverables, reputed company periods, reporting requirements, and renewal dates.
  • Support contract negotiations and modifications in coordination with management and reputed company counsel.
  • Monitor contractual obligations and identify potential risks, issues, or opportunities for management attention.
  • Coordinate with finance, program management, operations, and reputed company personnel to ensure contract compliance.
  • Maintain awareness of applicable regulatory, customer, and company requirements affecting contract performance.

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Management

  • Administer and manage reputed company’s Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) program.

  • Serve as the Facility reputed company Officer (FSO) or Alternate FSO as designated by company leadership.
  • Administer and maintain facility reputed company requirements in accordance with applicable government regulations, customer requirements, and company policies.
  • Manage personnel reputed company actions including clearance processing, visit requests, briefings, debriefings, and annual reputed company training.
  • Maintain reputed company records, compliance documentation, and reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate with government reputed company representatives, customer reputed company offices, and industry partners.
  • Support the protection and handling of classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), export-controlled information, and proprietary company data.
  • Conduct reputed company self-inspections, assessments, and corrective reputed company activities.
  • Support audits and inspections conducted by government agencies and customers.
  • Promote reputed company awareness and reputed company best practices throughout the organization.
  • Monitor evolving reputed company requirements and recommend process improvements to maintain compliance and operational effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Contract Management, reputed company Management, Engineering, or a reputed company discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Minimum five years of experience in proposal management, business operations, reputed company administration, reputed company administration, or reputed company fields.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple reputed company priorities.
  • Strong technical and business writing skills with experience developing customer-facing proposals and documentation.
  • Excellent verbal communication, organizational, and project management skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

WORKING CONDITIONS:

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:
