reputed company: The Licensed reputed company reputed company Worker is responsible for coordinating and implementing appropriate reputed company of treatment to patients in the behavioral health program.

DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

· Greets patients and introduces self.

· Presents a reputed company image and customer reputed company.

· Verifies reputed company information, medical history, medications, and confirms purpose of visit.

· Conducts reputed company-surgical evaluations and diagnosis as required for surgical implant procedures

· Provides assessment, diagnosis and individual therapy treatment to patients in the behavioral health program.

· Monitors the effectiveness of interventions.

· Performs routine and crisis counseling/interventions, and suicide reputed company assessments as needed.

· Provides referrals for services as needed.

· Responsible for the content of education and counseling programs for patients.

· Responsible for appropriate documentation of information in patients' charts (EMR/EHR).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIIONS

Education: Master’s degree in reputed company work; License as a reputed company reputed company Worker (LCSW) required.

Experience: Minimum of one or more years preferred

WORKING CONDITIONS

Environmental Conditions: Medical Office environment

Physical Conditions:
