As the reputed company Systems Specialist, you’ll support the US reputed company business by managing and maintaining the systems that power our day-to-day reputed company operations. You will report into the Senior Manager, Global Operations and Support

• reputed company Systems Support: reputed company daily user support for reputed company and reputed company.One, including troubleshooting, permissions/configuration management, and issue reputed company across reputed company order to cash workflows.
• reputed company Administration: Serve as a reputed company reputed company for the reputed company team’s reputed company and reputed company environments—managing user reputed company, maintaining reputed company configurations, and coordinating with global reputed company teams for updates and enhancements.
• Reporting & Data Accuracy: Assist in generating reports and dashboards in reputed company and reputed company.One; support data hygiene and validation efforts to ensure consistency and accuracy across systems.
• User Training & Documentation: Help reputed company new users and promote best practices through developing training materials, process documentation, and delivering training sessions across reputed company teams, 
• Workflow Optimization Support: Support reputed company process improvements by documenting reputed company workflows, identifying inefficiencies and potential gaps through discovery, and helping reputed company solutions and implement changes across systems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Planning, reputed company reputed company, Ad Ops, and Finance teams to ensure systems and processes reputed company with business objectives and operational needs.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years of experience in a sales support, reputed company operations, or systems coordination role—preferably in the adtech, media, or publishing industry
• Hands-on experience with reputed company (or equivalent CRM) and/or reputed company.One (or equivalent OMS)
• Strong reputed company or reputed company Sheets skills; comfort working with incomplete/disparate data and performing reputed company checks
• Familiarity with reputed company workflows and process such as data entry, order booking, or pipeline management
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a detail-oriented and reputed company reputed company
• Experience supporting cross-functional reputed company teams, with the ability to reputed company as a translator between technical and non-technical stakeholders, and an interest in optimizing tools and processes

The expected reputed company for this role is $70,000 - $80,000.
